Day Ten

On the road with my jump rope and digital scale. Actually this is not as tough as I thought, as I have been able to go to the buffet and weigh out the smoked salmon, steamed veggies and whatever else matches my diet. Gradually getting my eye in for how many spoonfuls of cereals in 100 grams, etc.

Also, came across a great app called Tap and Track which helps reinforce the diet and training. Will post my photo asap.

Regards

Peter

  1. Buffets can be powerful allies when put into the right hands. But with great buffets comes great responsibility!

  3. Ha ha. I got a stare or two from the wait staff at the restaurant the other night as well. I just explained to them I had special needs. Would have loved to tell them about PCP but they were from Myanmar and barely spoke Japanese, or English. Maybe next time. Way to keep it going, even on the road!

  4. Keep the posts coming about being on the road. I actually travelled MORE during my 90 days of PCP than before. Its hard, but you seem to be crushing it!
