Day Five

Just knocked off my exercises. Legs ok now. Found a jump rope with digital meter so I don't have to worry about losing count. Still looking for resistance bands and a chin up bar though.

    Where did you find the rope with a digital meter? That's handy. There are plenty of resistance bands of various thicknesses/tension levels at Victoria sports if there is one near you. I hear getting handles is pretty much essential. You can also buy online from amazon or rakuten. Thera-band seems to be a common one. Pull-up bars I haven't sorted out yet.
