Day Seven

Ok, 500 jumps later - done.  Ate my last half meal of chili shrimp and rice and am getting my shopping list together for tomorrow.  I have decided I am going to get a strong wooden pole tape it to a couple of chairs and use that for the incline chin ups.

Just weighed myself Day One was 98.2kg, Day Seven am 96.8kg - headed in the right direction at least ;)

  3. Hi Peter, I'm a former PCPer. I hope you don't mind me commenting on your blog from time to time. I wish you all the best in your program.

    When I was on the PCP, I tried to avoid weighing myself until a week was up--it was tough. I was so hungry for progress. However, when I did manage not to weigh myself until photo time, it made for a better suprise and made we worry less about the numbers. If I could do it all over again, I would have spent the focus I put into weighing myself into my exercise instead.
